Kafta Harra- a combination of ground beef and lamb meatballs, cooked and served in a tomato sauce with onions and pine nuts. Basmati Rice- Basmati rice with vermicelli. Halwa Jibne- a sweet cheese crepe, filled with ashta (milk pudding) and topped orange blossom preserve. Confirmation of Registration: Please note that your online registration request or phone message must be acknowledged with a confirmation call or email from us before your registration is complete. Cancellation Policy: Due to the high demand for our classes, we have to turn away many requests. So, once your registration is confirmed, we count on you to fill your spot if there are changes in your plans. If you cannot attend, please send a friend instead as we will still have to charge your card. Also, Lebanese Taverna requires a minimum of 8 people to be registered in order for the class to be held. Private Classes: We hold private classes for just eight or more people. They are a great idea to celebrate a special occasion, team building experience or group activity! You choose the menu and the date per availability. Private classes are usually held at the Lebanese Taverna Market in Arlington, VA. Price is $60.00 per person. Gift Certificates: Need a perfect gift, purchase a gift certificate for a Cooking Class. Gift certificates are redeemable for one year after the purchase date.
