LEBANESE TAVERNA GARLIC SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:

4 Cups Vegetable Oil
Cup Garlic Cloves, peeled
1 Tablespoon Salt
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
¼ Cup Water

STEPS:

1. In food processor, puree the fresh garlic with salt.  
2. Add ¼ cup of oil, 1 tablespoon of water, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.  Run until incorporated.
3. Continue adding liquids.  Careful the mixture does not separate.  A little extra lemon juice may help in that case.
