OCTOBER
Tuesday: 6, 13 (Vegetarian), 20 & 27 | Wednesday: 21 & 28

Hommos: Chickpea dip.

Fattoush: Lebanese salad mixed with pomegranate extract sumac and olive oil tossed with pita chips.

*Fattheh Bel Djaje: Chicken over chickpeas on roasted Lebanese bread, yogurt & sautéed pine nuts.

Baklava: Layered phyllo dough with pistachios or walnuts.

VEGETARIAN CLASS
* Fatteh Bel Bathenjan: Eggplant over chickpeas on roasted Lebanese bread, yogurt & sautéed pine nuts.

M'saka: Cold eggplant and tomato salad.

Yogurt Salad: Yogurt with cucumber, mint and garlic
