Recreate your favorite dishes at home

Munch on appetizers and sip on wine when you arrive. Then get to work with the preparation of the menu. The classes use the hands-on approach as the best way to teach and get you involved in the cooking process. Once you have completed cooking, enjoy the meal you just created, with some more wine!

Parking:

Please do not park in our lot because space is very limited. Street parking is available in adjacent streets, as well as the Dentist's office accross the street who has kindly permitted the use of their lot for our cooking class students after 6 pm.

Cancellation Policy:

We do not take cancellations or re-schedule.

Private Classes:

Great idea for any celebration! Choose the menu & date. $65 per person with a minimum of 10 people required. For more information please contact Pamela or call 703.841.1562.

Menu and Dates


Wednesdays & Thursdays from 6:30pm - 9:30pm

  • APRIL: 11TH, & 25TH
  • FALAFEL : bean fritters of chickpeas, fava beans served with tahini sauce
  • LOUBIEH BEL ZEIT string beans and tomatoes salad
  • CHICKEN CURRY:
  • BASMATI RICE: with vermicelli noodles
  • KNAFE BIL JIBNE:warm sweet cheese tart, golden semolina crust, sesame seed biscuit
We are taking a break for the months of May, June, July and August.
