Class starts with wine and appetizers while you introduce yourselves and get to know your classmates. Then we get to work with the preparation of the menu.

The classes are "full participation" and use the hands-on approach as the best way to teach and get you involved in the cooking process.

Parking: Please do not park in our lot because space is very limited. Street parking is available in adjacent streets, as well as the Dentist's office accross the street who has kindly permitted the use of their lot for our cooking class students after 6 pm.

Confirmation of Registration: Please note that your phone message must be acknowledged with a confirmation call or email from us before your registration is complete.

Cancellation Policy: We do not take cancellations. PLEASE send a friend instead, as we will still have to charge your credit card.

HOMMOS: chickpea dip, tahini, garlic, lemon

SPINACH SALAD: onion, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts,

LAMB BURGERS: fresh herbs and onions on toasted pita

ZAATAR SPICED POTATOES: thyme, sumac, sesame seeds, olive oil

LEBANESE FRUIT SALAD: fresh fruit with a Lebanese twist-pine nuts & a hint of orange blossom
