Lebanese Taverna holds public and private cooking classes.
A great idea to celebrate a special occasion, a team building experience or group activity.
Class starts with wine and appetizers while you introduce yourselves and get to know your classmates.
Then we
get to work with the preparation of the menu.
Our Chef is a master of his art and he truly enjoys sharing his knowledge
and skills.
The
classes are "full participation" and use the
hands-on approach as the best way to teach and get you
involved in the cooking process. This one-on-one opportunity
to work with the Chef gives the feel for what it is
like to prepare the recipes so you can more easily repeat
them at home. Class size is controlled so everyone has

Cooking Classes are held at The Market located at 4400 Old Dominion Drive, Arlington, VA 22207.
Classes begin at 6:45pm and ends at 9:30pm.

GUEST CHEF APPEARANCE: SCOTT DREWNO- Executive Chef-THE SOURCE on Thursday, June 25 ( $65 per person)
Drewno joined the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group in 1998 as a line cook at Chinois in Las Vegas. He was then named Executive Sous Chef at Spago, Puck's celebrated Las Vegas restaurant. In 2001, Drewno moved to New York and worked under Jean-Georges Vongerichten and restaurateur Stephen Hansen at Ruby Foo's.
In January 2007, Drewno returned to the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group to serve as Executive Chef of The Source, the company's first restaurant in the nation's capital During his career, Drewno has participated in numerous culinary events and appeared on many top national television shows including The Today Show, Food Network, ESPN's "Cold Pizza," FOX & Friends and ABC V-Cast.

Confirmation of Registration: Please note that your phone message must be acknowledged with a confirmation call or email from us before your registration is complete.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the high demand for our classes we cannot always honor everyone's request for registration. We count on you to fill your spot in the class - so if your plans change, and you cannot attend, PLEASE send a friend instead, as we will still have to charge your credit card.
Private Classes: Private classes are available for a minimum of 10 people. They are a great way to celebrate a special occasion, team building experience or group activity!
You choose the menu and the date and we'll try to make it happen. Private classes are held at the Lebanese Taverna Market in Arlington, VA.
